Art made from scratch....

This project cost: $FREE$
I love this piece of art...and as always, this price tag makes me like it even more!

I started by cutting some old wood from the garage down to size and placing them in a rectangle.  Once I had them the size I wanted, I screwed the frame together.

After the frame was screwed together, I had an Old Old white sheet that was telling me it wanted to be turned into a canvas- so- it was granted the request.  Sure enough, it was cut to size and wrapped around the frame to make a canvas.  Then I got to work sketching out the design and painting the art I had envisioned for this large canvas.

Today that Old sheet is the happiest Old sheet in the world... it smiles every day and displays it's artwork for all to see ( well, maybe just a few people a day, but don't tell the sheet).

What I like about this painting:  Simplistic in design and color, but yet intriguing.
